Heavy-tan redesign

Edit: Got rid of her leggings (), changed her shorts design and made them closer to boxing shorts, and little tweaks here and there.

Heavy-tan's one of the first TF2-tan's I made, and as I'm finishing up the others, she felt like her outfit could use a tune-up. All the others have a bit more oomph to them, being based off a theme for the class, but Heavy-tan felt like I just edited some features of the original Heavy's clothes without changing too much. I'm liking how this design feels. I'll miss the delicious cleavage, but maybe it's for the best and her protection. I'm keeping it though under her vest, so that's something nice.

I was going for a Boxer theme here, since Heavy actually focuses on his unmatched melee power and stamina. Went for Boxer shorts, boots (though I didn't have to change those much from what I had before), and support vest. The ammo belt has the nice bonus of feeling like a championship belt.

Planned themes:
Heavy-tan = Boxer
Medic- tan = Surgeon (need to touch up)
Scout-tan = Marathon trainer (need to touch up)
Demo-tan = Scot (pending, still need to tinker and touch up)
Spy-tan = Agent
Pyro-tan = Astronaut or Volcanologist ([link] )
Sniper-tan = Safari hunter
Soldier-tan = ... Soldier. Maybe officer? Still in consideration.
Engi-tan = Cowgirl
