Got this idea from a study that cows produce more milk when listening to music they like. Listening to music wouldn't turn her into a cowgirl, but would probably affect her when she's already in that form.

I ended up going for a Disgaea-y attempt, with colored lineart mixed with lineweights. Originally she had earbuds to fit in her cow ears (and that's probably what she uses anyway), but it was a little hard to identify that she was listening to music instead if just sleeping, so I used headphones. They clamp down on her ears but she can still hear.

Mattie has some fine taste in music, that's for certain. The street violinist was incredible, NieR is frickin' NieR (I downloaded the soundtrack two weeks ago) and that last link is very dohoho.

And, of course, you've done an excellent piece of work on the draw. I'd love to see more in this style.

-Also, cows produce more milk when listening to music? How did they figure this out? Why did this suddenly come out anyways?

Seriously, did a guy just walk over to a cow and go: "D'aww, this cow looks bored, she needs some music!" Then suddenly the entire room flooded with a million gallons of milk? Honestly, how was this figured out?
