Quick doodle, so crappy quality. I had redesigned Pyre, and I wanted to redesign Raine too since she looked too much like Nenoko. This is still really tentative, mainly for her outfit. I wanted a clean, sophisticated outfit and originally was going to do a vest with a dress shirt under, but then I felt weird since that's what Truck has.

Her neck area also feels plain. I avoided putting a tie there because then I started getting a Medic-tan feel, and open cleavage feels kinda obvious.

but i think you were on to something with the tie in the upper left of the page.

Oh. Then i dont know what to add to the neck. Open cleavagemakes her look too much like the heavy. I dont think you really need to change the neck. It looks pretty good as is.
