Well, to be more specific, there are two things that irritate me about this: the lame attempt to make it "super-anime-style" to get attention, and the poor quality of the art anyway. It's like, "Oh hey, we can make anime too: we'll just draw big eyes and freaky expressions.". Heck, go into Video, then click "The Finer Points of Anime". It describes pretty much what they think anime is. -_-

The other thing is the quality. A friend of mine pointed out that maybe their budget was low and they couldn't afford better artists or animation software, but still: if they were that cheap, they could've waited or not even waste their money in the first place. *sighs* It makes me embarassed to be even grouped in the same category of "American anime artist" as them...

But, bottom line: I don't hate the show. It just irritates me with its art and poor knowledge of the style. Now, if it had better knowledge and better art, I'd maybe even enjoy the idea.











Oh, and I was looking at how many comments I got on this and was wondering who some of these deviants were, and then I looked on the front page.
