serious dramatic stuff makes me worried and irritated. I like fun moments that just lighten the mood. I don't like when people are so serious. Calm down and laugh. Some one throw a pie!!!
you have to have a good balance of both in my opinion, but i do like it when there are a good portion of intense/dramatic moments. [i also think its harder to make those moments successful]
I like the lighter moments, though it helps if they're in a dramatic context. The funny little moments of character interaction were some of my favorite parts of Inception, and Shaun of the Dead is a perfect example of how the two can offset each other so nicely.
