I like that textural feedback that paper and graphite provides, but I can never really polish any works I do with traditional mediums. My preference is traditional, but none of my "best work" I feel ever comes from it.
Other, I have seen some wonderful art in both mediums but also some crap from both. So I say it all relies on the artists skill and tact with their chosen medium.
I'm better with traditional drawing, however digital is easier for the most part. With digital drawing you can just throw some crap on a canvas and draw over it, blend it, change colors, rescale it, and all that jazz. Digital is more fun I guess.
Digital, because undo and that scanners usually make the drawing look like crap, and you don't have lead smudges and stuff, and your hands are cleaner, and you can't run out of paper, and you don't have to buy more lead/pencils, and-
