Elemental/energy powers, most likely energy, because then i would be able to absorb more energy and use it for most of the other powers listed here.
Shapeshifting? You're basically made of energy, absorb some from the nearest object, living or not, and restructure yourself in whatever manner you feel like.
Super strength/durability? Simply focus whatever energy you have absorbed in your arms, legs, skin etc. and bam! You're that much more powerfull in that area.
Flight? Send out bursts of energy from your hands to get stability and speed.
Heightened/enhanced senses? Same as with strength and durability, simply focus energy on whatever you want to improva and you're set.
Super speed? Simply turn yourself into some kind of energy, like light or lightning, and you're set.
Cloning? create energy-copies off yourself, couldn't be simpler.
Elemental powers would be limited if you got energy, but technically fire, light, electricity and even nuclear radiation are different kinds of energy, so you're kind of spoilt for choice really.

-class 1. limited. barely enough to change one's face
-class 2. change shape but not color. exlastic man
also includes being made of rubber.
-class 3. opposite of class 2 ex: chameleon
also includes invisibility via becomeing transparent/the color of air.
-class 4. person to person shift, like disguise ex:mistique from x-men
also includes shifting to a custom form,
b.variation is inability for custom form, such as only specific person seen before, ex:tf2 spy
a. variation includes both, no variation for only custom forms as one could easily
just make the custom form intentionally resemble specifc person.
-class 5. animorphism. any animal. ex: the animorphs/andalite tech/beast boy
also includes plant morphism, b. variation is only one or other, a. variation is both.
-class 6. one that change to any living thing, including both 4 and 5.
-class 7. opposite of 4 and 5, can only change into non-living things.
-class 8. chaotic type. change to any type of matter, living or not.
-class 9. ultimate control over form of self, can change into literally anything,
including energy, objects, beings, custom forms, density shifting, etc.)

why? well, because it would suit me, i'd like it best, (i am even going to make a way to get this power...no really...science!)
and the simple fact that my intricate knowledge of biology, chemistry, physics, and ability to apply all of that would make
me most capable with it, as i would be able to thus use it so many ways! it's literally oh so many powers in one!
such as:
-water travel=breathing=shark, and perhaps a submarine loaded with rockets for battle ability
-flight=any type of bird, different ones for different situations, and a jet for air equivalent of sub
-rocket ship=space travel!
-cellular control= muscle=strength, brainsionics, growth=regeneration, blood stream=immunity to pathogens etc.
-turning into energy= living combustion=flame powers, living lighting=electro powers (elemental shapeshifting)
-density shifting=intangibility, indestructibility
-colour shifting=camoflage, invisibility
-and oh so many more!....

Power to control time -> and yes, that also means to stop time also... and stop myself from aging and such

I'd like the ability to stop time... sneak into places I shouldn't belong, take a nap, etc.
